Convenient location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms
During our stay at Torremayor Providencia, we were impressed with the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and recommending local restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the nearby Costanera building. Although we encountered a few minor issues, such as a lack of gluten-free options at breakfast and unreliable WiFi in the room, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great value and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a lively district was perfect for me, as it was close to everything I needed during my short stay. Plus, being away from the center of the city meant a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it easy to find great dining options. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even advised me and my family on the best places to go for New Year's Eve without needing to make a reservation. The room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The breakfast was a great start to the day offering a good selection. the comfy bed meant I got some good rest. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to amenities and transport links.
The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, with dirty counter tops and a dirty floor. the shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold, making it difficult to enjoy a shower.

My Christmas in Santiago was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was strategically located in the heart of the city with easy access to various tourist attractions. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist and provide relevant information about the city's hotspots and activities. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options that catered to different dietary preferences.
There were some downsides to the hotel experience. The air conditioning unit was faulty, which made sleeping a little difficult during the balmy nights.

It was away from the hustle and bustle of the new Costanera shopping mall. the room was nice, clean, and had its own bathroom. the hotel offered many facilities, including a kitchen and a private floor for the hostel guests.
Some guests have mentioned that the service was not up to their expectations and that some of the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
